blocktools CLI
Install
Two ways: the release tarball (Linux x86_64) or a source build (anywhere Rust and Docker run).
1. Release binaries (Linux x86_64, glibc 2.34+ (sealed-run needs 2.39+))
gh release download v0.1.1 -R TSavo/blocktools sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS tar xzf blocktools-v0.1.1-linux-x86_64.tar.gz cd blocktools-v0.1.1-linux-x86_64 export PATH=$PWD/bin:$PATH MANPATH=$PWD/share/man: man blocktools
Needs the GitHub CLI (gh). If sha256sum -c fails, delete the archive and do not run it. Expected SHA256 of blocktools-v0.1.1-linux-x86_64.tar.gz: 6356f0a2053feee8c4d9bc48e2cdc0e62b88ba52d83b3431313458f46cd2f41e. The tarball holds bin/ (42 tools), man pages and recipes. It has no Dockerfile: sealed runs (./blocktools build) need a v0.1.1source checkout and Docker.
2. Build from source
git clone https://github.com/TSavo/blocktools && cd blocktools cargo build --locked --release --workspace ./blocktools build
./blocktools build builds the sealed Docker image used by ./blocktools run. Next: Getting started.
