EVMOS address format
- bech32 with the evmos prefix (Ethermint)
- The last 20 bytes of the keccak-256 hash of the public key, the same bytes as the account's 0x Ethereum address, in bech32 with the human-readable part evmos (evmos1…). The 0x and evmos1 forms are one account written two ways.
